Moving to sunny Florida from the windy city over 30 years ago, John and Mary owned and operated a family-run beachfront motel in Cocoa Beach for 20+ years. After experiencing many successful years and decades of fond memories serving guests, they officially founded Seaside Realty of Brevard LLC in 2010. Their success in the hospitality industry centered around caring about their guests, and they now apply this customer-centric philosophy to their real estate business.
Together, they have extensive experience in dealing with commercial and industrial properties, including hotels, motels, and vacant land, as well as helping clients buy and sell homes efficiently. Specializing in waterfront properties and the coastal areas of Brevard County, they both currently reside in Cocoa Beach, Florida and are dedicated to serving the needs of current and future Space Coast residents.
